Outreach Event Planning

Public Events

The Davis Cemetery District is pleased to host a variety of public outreach events on district grounds. Requests for the use of the grounds should be directed to the District Superintendent for review and approval. The District Superintendent will serve as the lead partner and will provide basic marketing and set-up support. The coordinating group and/or individual will be responsible for the day-to-day planning of the event. Requests for monetary support should be presented to the superintendent, by the coordinating group, for approval. Outreach support is budgeted on an annual basis.
