Outreach Event Planning

Public Events

The Davis Cemetery District is proud to host a variety of public outreach events on its grounds. All requests to use the cemetery grounds for events must be submitted to the District Manager for review and approval.

The District Manager will act as the primary liaison and provide basic marketing and event setup support. However, the coordinating group or individual will be responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of the event.

If monetary support is being requested, the coordinating group must present the request directly to the District Manager for consideration. Please note that outreach funding is budgeted annually, and support is subject to availability and alignment with the District’s mission.
