2025 Wreath Placement Details Wreath placement will take place on Saturday, December 13th, at 10:00 a.m. Please note that the time has been changed in order to avoid the afternoon rain that is expected. A short program will be held at the Veterans Memorial Fountain, followed by wreath-placement instructions. Each plot receiving a wreath will be marked with a white flag.
