The Davis Cemetery District is a non-enterprise, independent Special District governed by an appointed Board of Trustees, with each member serving a four-year term. As a public agency, the District operates with a mission of service rather than profit, setting it apart from private cemetery organizations.

The Board of Trustees meets at a publicly noticed meeting on the third Wednesday of every other month at 3:00 PM. All meetings are open to the public, and the Board has established comprehensive rules and regulations to guide cemetery operations.

Deeply rooted in the Davis community and surrounding areas, the District proudly partners with local service groups and community organizations. We are committed to fostering the cemetery as a welcoming, reflective space—a place for civic remembrance, contemplation, and healing, as well as a destination for those who appreciate nature, art, and local history.
