Jess joined the district as District Manager in December 2018. In this role, she oversees both long-term planning and daily operations of the cemetery, consistently seeking ways to improve the district’s grounds. Jess manages all aspects of the operation, including staff, HR, infrastructure, community outreach, marketing, budgeting, and IT. She also provides support to families making pre-need and at-need arrangements. In addition to her duties, Jess serves on the Board of Directors for the Public Cemetery Alliance and is a member of the California Special District Association Solano-Yolo Chapter. Jess is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to the community. Outside of work, she stays busy with camping, dirt biking, cooking, crafting, and raising her four boys, ages 10 to 21. |

Judy joined the district in January 2019 as the Family and Business Coordinator. In this role, she is the primary staff member responsible for assisting families with both pre-need and at-need interment arrangements. Judy also manages payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly reconciliation, and records retention. Additionally, she oversees the arboretum. |

Matt joined the district in 2011 as a seasonal grounds crew member and transitioned to a full-time position in July 2013. He was promoted to Grounds Foreman in 2016, where he oversees the maintenance of the grounds and facilities infrastructure. Matt is responsible for tracking long-term projects and providing daily guidance to seasonal staff. With expertise in plumbing and irrigation, he manages over 26 acres of irrigation systems. |

Dylan joined the district as a seasonal grounds crew member in 2014 and became a full-time employee in March 2017. He plays a key role in district operations, overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of the grounds and facilities infrastructure. Dylan specializes in backhoe operations and the opening and closing of graves. He is often found at graveside services, where he provides compassionate support to families during their time of need. |

As part of the four-person grounds operations team, David is responsible for the daily maintenance of the grounds and facilities infrastructure. You’ll often find him gardening, maintaining the turf, and assisting with graveside services. |

Artemis joined the district as a part-time grounds crew member in August 2024 and became a full-time employee in August 2025. Artemis is part of a 4-person grounds operations team and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the grounds and facilities infrastructure. You’ll often find them improving our gardens, maintaining the turf, and assisting with graveside services. |

Erso became Dylan’s best friend in 2022. He quickly made the district his second home and can often be seen cruising around on our golf carts, under Dylan’s care. Erso provides comfort to many of our families during what is often one of the most difficult times in one’s life. Erso loves to climb trees, say hello to our regular cemetery visitors, and looks forward to his daily cookies from the main office. |
