SUMMARY:Fall Plant Sale Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:Family and friends of those buried at the Davis Cemetery District (820 Pole Line Road) can order a special potted plant to be placed on their loved one’s grave-sites this fall season. The seasonal orange Eco-friendly pots contrast beautifully with the rose\, gray and green tinted succulent florets. These cheerful seasonal plants will be a symbol of friendship and affection for those who cannot be with us during this time of year. The plants follow the cemetery safety and decor guidelines. The cost is $15.00 for 1 or $20.00 for two. The cemetery also offers tree donation\, adoption and bench donations for more permanent memorials. Payments can be made by check\, visa or master card. SUMMARY:Holiday Wreath Reservation
DESCRIPTION:Family and friends of loved ones buried at the Davis Cemetery District can order holiday wreaths to be placed on the graves this holiday season. The handmade wreaths will come with a choice of festive ribbon. The proceeds will go to the continuous care and restoration of the beautiful\, historic community cemetery. Reservations must be done by November 30th.  Wreaths will be places the first week of December.  \n“We are offering this service for the first time after multiple requests from the community. It also gives those who do not reside in the area a chance to honor their loved ones during the holiday season” Joseph Cattarin Davis Cemetery District Superintendent. \nWreaths will cost twenty-five dollars and can be purchased by check or credit card. Orders will be taken until December 16th and cemetery staff will place the wreaths on the gravesites. \nOrders can be placed either by email at cemcod@dcn.org or by phone (530) 756-7807.
